Lindsay Precast, a TJC Portfolio Company, Names Charles Bozduman as CEO to Accelerate Growth Initiatives

Bozduman joins the leadership team as Lindsay continues expansion across high-growth infrastructure end markets

GAINESVILLE, FL, February 2, 2026 – Lindsay Precast (“Lindsay” or “the Company”), a leading manufacturer of prefabricated concrete and steel products serving critical infrastructure needs, announced that Charles Bozduman has been named Lindsay’s Chief Executive Officer. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bozduman will lead Lindsay’s continued growth and expansion across the water and wastewater, utility, data center, transportation, renewable energy and other high-growth end markets. Lindsay is a portfolio company of TJC LP.

Mr. Bozduman brings extensive operational and leadership experience in infrastructure and building products manufacturing to Lindsay, having held positions within some of the industry’s leading companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Thompson Pipe Group where he drove growth initiatives with an emphasis on manufacturing excellence and commercial expansion.

Other than the addition of Mr. Bozduman, the Lindsay leadership team remains intact. Ron Lindsay, second-generation family owner, will remain involved with the Company and continue to serve on the Board of Directors. Chris Beecher will continue as President of Lindsay, working closely with Mr. Bozduman to execute the Company’s vision and growth strategy.
